The transaction journey

How the protected transaction process works

A clear sequence separates agreement, payment confirmation, delivery, inspection and payout. Each phase has a defined role and a documented outcome.

THE 12-STEP JOURNEY

From first agreement to a recorded close.

The twelve steps separate agreement, payment confirmation, delivery, inspection, issue handling and seller payout. Review the transaction agreement before transferring funds.

Buyer

Discover the product

The buyer finds a product advertised by a seller through a marketplace, social channel or physical shop.

Buyer + Seller

Agree on the details

Buyer and seller agree on the exact product, condition, price, delivery arrangement and expectations.

Zevaron

Create a transaction record

Before payment, Zevaron records the agreed details and creates a unique transaction reference.

Buyer

Pay through the designated arrangement

The buyer uses only the payment arrangement specified in the applicable transaction agreement.

Zevaron

Confirm actual receipt

Zevaron checks the payment channel and confirms actual receipt. A screenshot or promise alone is not enough.

Zevaron

Authorize delivery

Only after receipt has been confirmed, Zevaron informs the seller that the agreed delivery step may proceed.

Seller

Deliver the product

The seller delivers the product according to the record and applicable delivery terms.

Buyer

Inspect the delivery

The buyer checks the delivered item against the agreed product description, condition and accessories.

Buyer

Accept or report a discrepancy

The buyer records acceptance or reports a concern within the inspection period set out in the final applicable terms.

Zevaron

Review any reported issue

If a discrepancy is reported, Zevaron communicates with the parties and handles the matter under the agreed transaction rules.

Zevaron

Calculate and pay the seller

When the completion conditions are satisfied, 5% of the registered amount is retained as commission and 95% is paid to the seller.

Zevaron

Record and close the outcome

The final status, relevant evidence and payout outcome are documented, and the transaction record is closed.

Three roles. One shared transaction record.

Buyer
  • Agrees to terms
  • Pays through the agreed route
  • Inspects and accepts or reports a concern
Zevaron
  • Records the agreement
  • Confirms actual payment receipt
  • Coordinates review and final settlement
Seller
  • Describes condition accurately
  • Waits for payment confirmation
  • Delivers and supplies evidence
DO NOT CONFUSE THESE MILESTONES

Each confirmation means something different.

An orderly process depends on accurate status language—not assumptions.

Payment receipt

Funds are confirmed through the designated arrangement. A screenshot, SMS forwarded by a participant or verbal assurance alone does not establish receipt.

Delivery evidence

Records show that the product was handed over or delivered. Delivery evidence alone does not mean the buyer has accepted the product.

Buyer acceptance

The buyer records that the product matches the agreed terms, or raises a discrepancy for review. Acceptance is distinct from proof of delivery.

Why a transaction reference matters

A unique reference connects the agreement, payment status, delivery evidence, buyer response, issue handling and final settlement. The same reference helps both parties discuss the same transaction and reduces ambiguity about what has been agreed.

A reference is an administrative aid, not proof that money has been received and not a guarantee that either party will perform.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Any cancellation, refund or dispute is handled under the documented transaction agreement. The agreement identifies applicable inspection, review and settlement conditions.
