Using the official website

Website Terms of Use

These terms govern access to ZEVARON’s official public website. Transaction-specific rights and responsibilities are recorded in the agreement for each protected transaction.

1. Website purpose

This website explains ZEVARON’s transaction-trust service, its process, its fixed commission and its official contact channels. Information on the website is general and does not replace the terms agreed for an individual transaction.

2. Appropriate use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security, impersonate Zevaron, misuse its branding or publish false statements that suggest a transaction or payment has been confirmed when it has not.

3. The protected transaction service

ZEVARON facilitates documented transactions between buyers and sellers, initially focused on electronics and technology products. The service coordinates the agreed transaction process; it is not an electronics retailer and does not manufacture the products being traded. A transaction should proceed only through the official contact channels and a documented agreement accepted by the parties.

4. Payment status and evidence

A screenshot, forwarded message or verbal assurance alone does not prove that funds have been received. Payment receipt must be confirmed through the designated payment arrangement. Delivery evidence, buyer acceptance and seller payout are separate milestones and must not be represented as completed before they are confirmed.

5. Fixed commission

For each successfully completed qualifying protected transaction, ZEVARON deducts exactly 5% of the registered transaction amount and the seller receives the remaining 95%. The commission is deducted from transaction proceeds, not added as a separate mandatory fee on top of the buyer’s agreed product price. The same rate applies to qualifying B2C and B2B transactions. Separately itemized delivery and third-party costs are handled under the transaction agreement.

6. Verification and risk

Identity checks, seller information, product descriptions and transaction records can improve traceability but do not guarantee honesty, product authenticity, delivery or a risk-free outcome. Participants should review the agreement, confirm information and inspect delivery before recording acceptance.

7. Transaction-specific agreement

The agreement for each transaction records the registered amount, product and condition, payment arrangement, delivery requirements, applicable inspection period, discrepancy handling, cancellation and refund principles, commission calculation and settlement conditions. If a general website description differs from the transaction-specific agreement, participants should clarify the terms with Zevaron before proceeding.

8. Intellectual property

The ZEVARON name, supplied logo, original website layout, text and site assets may not be copied or used in a misleading way. Rights to third-party names, platforms and services remain with their respective owners.

9. External links

The website links to external services, including Gmail, WhatsApp and social platforms. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Zevaron responsible for their operation.

10. Website availability and changes

Zevaron may update website content, links, features and these terms as the company’s information or operating procedures change. The currently published version applies to website use.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to zevaron01@gmail.com or via the official Contact page.
