Protected Transaction Policy

This policy explains how ZEVARON coordinates transaction agreement, payment confirmation, delivery, inspection, issue handling and settlement.

Before proceeding: Every transaction must have an agreed transaction record identifying the product, condition, registered amount, designated payment arrangement, delivery terms, inspection period, discrepancy process and settlement conditions. Confirm these details through ZEVARON’s official contact channels before transferring funds.

1. Transaction initiation and reference

The buyer or seller contacts Zevaron through an official channel. Zevaron reviews the request and, when the transaction is accepted, creates a unique reference connecting the agreed product and price, payment status, delivery evidence, buyer response and outcome.

2. Buyer and seller agreement

The buyer and seller agree on the exact product, accurate condition description, quantity where relevant, registered transaction amount, delivery arrangement, inspection period and procedure for reporting an issue. Delivery charges and third-party costs are itemized separately and treated according to the transaction agreement. The parties should check the transaction record before payment.

3. Payment receipt verification

Payment must use the arrangement designated in the transaction agreement. Zevaron confirms actual receipt through the relevant payment records or authorized channel before recording payment as confirmed. A screenshot, forwarded message, notification image or verbal assertion alone does not establish receipt.

4. Seller delivery authorization

Zevaron communicates payment-confirmation status to the parties. The seller should proceed with the agreed delivery only after receiving confirmation through the official transaction process. No participant should fabricate or imply that Zevaron has confirmed payment when it has not.

5. Product delivery

The seller is responsible for delivering the product described in the agreement using the agreed method. Relevant delivery evidence is recorded under the transaction reference. Proof that an item was handed over is not, by itself, proof that the item matches the agreement or that the buyer has accepted it.

6. Buyer inspection and acceptance

The buyer inspects the delivered product against the recorded description, condition, quantity and included accessories. The applicable inspection period and method for recording acceptance or reporting a discrepancy are stated in the transaction agreement. The buyer should report a material concern through the official process and preserve relevant evidence.

7. Fixed 5% commission calculation

For every qualifying protected transaction that is successfully completed, Zevaron retains exactly 5% of the registered transaction amount. The seller receives the remaining 95%. This rule applies equally to qualifying B2C and B2B transactions. There is no alternative percentage, minimum commission or maximum commission under this rule. The registered amount is established before payment; separately itemized delivery charges and third-party costs are handled as stated in the agreement.

8. Release of the seller’s 95% balance

When the applicable completion conditions are satisfied, Zevaron calculates the 5% commission and coordinates payment of the seller’s 95% balance. The payment method, settlement timing and treatment of any fractional FCFA result are recorded in the transaction agreement. Settlement is not authorized merely because a transaction was opened or a screenshot was shared.

9. Dispute handling

A reported issue is linked to the transaction reference and reviewed by authorized human administrators. Relevant evidence may include the transaction record, communications, payment status, delivery documentation, product details and buyer response. Zevaron communicates with the parties and records the outcome under the agreed process.

10. Cancellation and refund principles

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the transaction agreement and the facts of the case. The agreement identifies the applicable grounds and process, the role of any payment provider and how the outcome will be documented. A refund is not guaranteed in every circumstance, and no participant should assume an automatic deadline or outcome that is not in the agreement.

11. Transaction documentation

The transaction record may include the agreement, unique reference, payment status, delivery evidence, buyer acceptance or discrepancy report, relevant communications, commission calculation, payout status and closure statement. Access to transaction records should be limited to people who need them for administration and handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable obligations.

12. Human-led administration

People handle transaction communication, evidence review, delivery issues, disputes and decisions about whether the agreed completion conditions have been met. Software may calculate the commission or generate documents; it does not independently determine whether funds are genuine, a product is acceptable or a dispute is resolved.

13. Contact and interpretation

If any step, payment status or obligation is unclear, pause and ask Zevaron for written clarification before proceeding. Contact zevaron01@gmail.com or use the official Contact page.
